These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of jawebdesign.ca (the “Site”) and any services provided by J.A Web Design (“J.A Web Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Edmonton, Alberta-based web design and development studio. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, including through automated scraping or excessive requests

Our Services

Information on the Site about our services, pricing, and timelines is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and payment terms for any project will be set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, by email, or during a consultation are estimates based on the information available at the time. Quotes may change if the project scope changes, and unless stated otherwise, are valid for 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is owned by J.A Web Design or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

Ownership of work produced for clients is governed by the applicable project agreement.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services (such as Calendly, Google, and review platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer
