The Challenge
Mint Mantis was running on a slow, broken WordPress site built with a page builder that was no longer serving their needs. The site was holding the business back instead of supporting it.
The Solution
I worked with Ari Saeidi-Pour, CEO of Mint Mantis, as their developer for a one-year period. I migrated the entire site from WordPress to Astro, moving away from the page builder entirely and building custom components from scratch.
The Results
The migration delivered a perfect 100/100 mobile Performance score on Google PageSpeed Insights, along with strong scores across Accessibility (96), Best Practices (96), and SEO (92).
Beyond the numbers, the move to Astro gave Mint Mantis full design flexibility with custom-built components, a cleaner codebase with no plugins or database to manage, and the foundation for a year-long working relationship as their dedicated developer.
